Other web sites provide you with a questionnaire asking you how long you want stay open. Ideally that would be nice, but our program provides you with information on how to select successful hours that fit your parents’ schedules to help to make your daycare the best in the area.

Menus

“Create a Better Daycare” will provide you with ABC Academy’s weekly menus, including not only the meals but snack time as well.

Daily Schedules

Our program provides you with checklists for teachers, ABC’s successful classroom and kitchen schedules, as well as blank schedules if the teacher would prefer to fill it in. Each grade and classroom has its own daily schedule and they are coordinated to work together. For example, it is important that each classroom has the proper student to teacher ratio so that not all of the children are on the playground at the same time.

• 52 Weekly Lesson Plans for Each of 7 Age Groups: One for each week and each age, broken down day-by-day. Just print and provide them to your teachers
• Classroom goals and skills broken down by age groups – print and post them in your classrooms to give parents a blueprint of goals for children to achieve
• A daily schedule for your cook to follow, detailing each minute of a cook’s workday
• Blank work schedules for the week, giving you the opportunity to customize the lessons and activities that your teachers will follow
